To save the time of claiming IDEAPLAY warranty, please prepare these requirements of warranty before contacting us.

Requirements of Claiming IDEAPLAY Warranty:

  • Product model
  • Date of purchase
  • Product serial number
  • The original order number from our IDEAPLAY website, Amazon store, Walmart store, Wayfair store, eBay store, newegg store and HSH.
  • Pictures of the issue for evidence purposes.

Our quality assurance team will investigate, examine and review your claim and let you know within a few days the outcome of your warranty claim.

If you believe your IDEAPLAY has a warranty issue, your first point of contact should be your IDEAPLAY retailer where you purchased your products.

iDeaPlay Limited Warranty: Open-Box Items

Customers return open-box products for a variety of reasons - change of mind, or wrong-size wrong-color wrong-model. Each the open-box item is unworn and in googd functioning condition, tested or inspected to verify proper working order and physical apperance. We also offer up to 6 months including any defects or malfunctions of the open-box items, but no return or exchange.

This warranty is non-transferable and proof of purchase from ideausa.com or an authorized retailer is required for warranty service.
